When I went in to buy a Toyota Avalon, I got great service from Greg Morelos. The paperwork got done very quickly and he helped me add the car to my insurance as I never did it on the app before. Also service from Greg Morelos. The paperwork got done very quickly and he helped me add the car to my insurance as I never did it on the app before. Also, in the end, he filled up the car with gas and put all of the mats in the car. I see this as first rate service. This doesn’t happen everywhere. More

Highly recommend Jacob Knight. I worked with him mostly via text, as well as email and phone, without going to the dealership- I live in Oakland, about an hour drive from dealersh I worked with him mostly via text, as well as email and phone, without going to the dealership- I live in Oakland, about an hour drive from dealership. Very transparent with best selling price- no other dealership I came across would easily tell me their best selling price over email or text. Trade-in process was relatively painless. I was prepared with my own financing through my credit union but the dealer offered a lower interest rate I could not turn down. No pressure to buy additional coverage or warranties; the only time I worked with a person from financing was when signing all the paperwork online. Jacob kept me posted via text when the car I wanted was sold to someone else, and he was available at later hours when I thought he was done working for the day- very much appreciated his work. More
