I have leased 3 Honda's from Jeremy an 20003 & 2007 and an 20009 Civic Hybrid. He is very easy to work with, reliable, courteous & works hard to get the lease to fit my financial budget. I will be leasing a 2012 Civic Hybrid from Jeremy and as long as live in Sonoma County would NOT go to anyone else or any other dealer. Scott has been my service advisor since 2003, has ALWAYS been very helpful with any problem or question I have as well as beeing knowledgeable about my vehicle. When I leave a phone message I can count on him to call me back to find out what my needs are. The other service advisors, sales staff, cashiers etc make you feel very comfortable when going to Manly Honda and they greet me with a smile asking how I am doing etc. In my opinon Manly Honda is a 5 Star dealership! From the moment we met gary we were pleased with the experience.we have bought 7 cars from manly honda and will NEVER go anywhere else. You can check my visit this morning. I live in an area that has a lot of dirt and gravel roads. I can not justify repaing this car with the serious design flaw that you repair staff is well aware of. The refrigerant condenser is completely vulnerable to assault from the road. If I have it repaired how do I know it won't happen again in a week or 19 weeks. The people in the service department are very courteous, informative and knowledgeable. I have bought 3 Hyundai Elantras at Manly and all were serviced there as well. No problems. On my last one, the radio had intermittent problems....Manly replaced it with no questions. OK, on to my story about my NEW rockin' Honda Civic EX that I got last week through Jeremy and his team.I had my car serviced and had e-mailed Jeremy about a used 2010 Elantra on the lot. He took total care of me, turned me over to James and by the time I left there I felt like I had won the lottery. Those guys made me a much better deal on a new car and totally turned me around financially. I mean, it was like they really cared. They are not just there to sell the cars. They actually care about your financial situation and how to make a deal to the benefit of everyone involved. I am so grateful for the customer service and care from the internet sales team and the finance manager that I worked with, Jessica. She was also very helpful and caring. All in all, it was a fantastic experience and I love my new Honda!!!! More

Paul offered me a good price before I came in and when I arrived it was quick and effortless. There were no tricks or hard sell tactics as I had experienced elsewhere. Just good people making a good deal. Excellent friendly help and guidance without the hard sell. I would highly recommend this dealership and have heard good things about them since I bought my car as well. More
