Excellent experience I have to say that this was an experience that completely changed my opinion on buying a car. Best experience ever!! I went in to Manly Honda to simply see what my possibilities were. I was assisted by this guy Sean. He showed me the new and used Honda Civics. I wasn't sure what I wanted at the time, but after working with him and Beejan, I was presented with some great options. I also found out some information about my trade in that I had no idea about. So while I only came there to look, they helped me understand that I'm in at the right time. And with no pressure from them, I made a comfortable decision and left a very happy man! They explained everything clearly and Sean was especially helpful with his knowledge of the vehicle and how everything works. Can't begin to say how great of an experience it was. After going to several dealerships in the area and dealing with several sales people who tried to push cars on us that were out of our price range or cars that we simply did not like, we meet Tommy at Manly Honda who was extremely patient and helpful in getting us the car we were looking for at a price we could afford! Tony Tawasha was a big help too! Syril Kangrga in the finance department was very informative and helpful as well. He did his best to lock us into a good interest rate and we really appreciate that. Overall our experience at Manly Honda was very pleasant and we will definitely be recommending our friends and family to Manly Honda for a quality car and great service! More

Cory Mcmurray and Manly Honda, Santa Rosa, CA I used Manly Honda to buy my first CRV in 2009 and when it was time to buy a new one, Manly Honda was my first choice. I used the Build & Buy program I used Manly Honda to buy my first CRV in 2009 and when it was time to buy a new one, Manly Honda was my first choice. I used the Build & Buy program through Consumer Reports to select the model, trim line and options I wanted. That program issued me a Certificate of Value for that particular model. I was pleased to see that the dealer price offered was below the price that I calculated through Consumer Reports' Car Pricing Reports feature. The Build & Buy program sent my name and email address to Manly Honda and Cory Mcmurray sent me an email introducing himself as one of the Internet Sales representatives. My situation at the time was that I was living out of the country but expecting to soon return and so I could not use the certificate right away. Cory was very diligent about keeping email contact with me and after several exchanges over the weeks, he asked if he should stop contacting me. I thought that was a good business practice - it is both polite and practical, in that it allows the potential buyer to terminate the contact in a nice way, if so desired. Cory also made several telephone contacts. Thus, when I was ready to use my certificate, I felt comfortable contacting Cory and making an appointment with him. When I arrived at the showroom, I asked a friendly sales person to direct me to Cory. Cory stood up when I approached the desk, I identified myself and he offered his hand to shake. (Cory, you might want to try putting a little more grip into your handshake!) Throughout the sales process that followed, Cory was courteous, knowledgeable and informative and he took all the time I needed through each step. When it came time to make an appointment to pick up the car (which came from another dealer in Fairfield), I mentioned that I would need to return the rental car I was using that day. Cory took the initiative to suggest he could provide me with a Manly Honda courtesy car and could pick me up at the rental agency and return me to Manly to get the courtesy car. We immediately put that plan into action and it was a big relief to me to have the problem of getting from the rental agency to Manly so easily solved. Cory gave me a thorough orientation to the car, using a model on the lot before mine had arrived, and again at the time I took possession of my car. He synced my phone with the Nav system and helped me set up names and numbers in my address book, voice tags, and radio preset stations. The day after, Cory made a follow up call and again offered to answer any questions I might have, resolve any problems, or show me anything about the Nav system I was unsure of. I also want to commend Stuart Iniguez for his professional manner; he went through the financing process in an informative and expeditious way.
