I have been doing my servicing with Manly Honda for the last couple of years mostly dealing with Scott Channing. Feeling like it was time to buy a new car and upgrade my Honda, I chose Manly because of my good experience with the service department and Scott in particular. Martin Stice was my sales rep and was easy going and kind, and Tony Tawasha taught me about all the features of the car as well as answering all my questions about the vehicle. He, too, was kind and friendly. I bought the 2011 CR-V EX model. Michelle in the finance department was friendly and efficient. Overall, this car buying process was a great experience and I would recommend Manly. More

We were looking to trade in our 2008 CR-V for a car that better suited my wife. She knew the features she was looking for and how she wanted to feel while driving it; whatever it turned out to be. After we'd looked at some likely candidates on the lot he asked if we'd seen the Civic on the showroom floor 'cause to him it should have been a perfect match for her. Well we hadn't seen it but when we did our search was over. Today my wife's black 2012 Civic Coupe is her pride and joy. Buying a car is stressful at best, but Jessie made it as pleasant an experience as it could be. He programmed everything for me, took me to meet the service department. He made me feel comfortable about my decision. I had a CRV and before that an Accord so you can say that Honda is the car for me. Its a great car and dependable. The salesman even said he would check with me in a few days and see how its going and answer any other questions that might come up. Manly is a great dealership. I have always felt that the service department has integrity and are honest and high quality mechanics. I now feel that way about the sales team. More

I have never purchased or leased a vehicle through the internet. I was blessed to fall into the hands of Paul Ciardiello, a very competent, caring, professional sales person/internet sales manager. I wanted to lease a car for the six months I spend in northern Nevada. He gave me all the attention I needed, realized it was very difficult to handle things from so far away and yet there was immediately an element of trust that I had not expected nor experienced with other car dealerships. He is always responsive, returns your calls sooner than soon and always portrays a very happy, positive image which gave me the feeling that he wanted me to have a positive and happy experience, too. I never had any pressures, the price was by far the best of any dealership and it turned out to be a very pleasant experience. I must add that the car I wanted was not in stock and Paul found me exactly what I wanted at a time when most would have asked me to settle for what was available. As a matter of fact, before I selected Paul and Manly Honda, that was the attitude of other dealerships, both in Nevada and northern CA. In summary, I couldn't have ended in better hands. He is a true professional for he made sure at every step that I should be happy with his service. he made spending thousands of dollars a happy experience and how many times in my life can I say that?
