2014 Accord V6 Touring I just want to write about my purchase at Manly Honda today. I started exchanging emails with Mark Fladseth, the internet sales manager, for a quote I just want to write about my purchase at Manly Honda today. I started exchanging emails with Mark Fladseth, the internet sales manager, for a quote on an Accord Sport. From the beginning, Mark gave me the lowest quote out of all the local dealerships. Several days later, I changed my mind and wanted an Accord EX-L V6 instead. I wanted a silver with black interior. Luckily, they didn't have the black interior model in stock. Mark wasn't able to locate one for me. Mark told me they have the silver with black Touring model. I did my research and decided that I wanted the Touring model. We agreed on a price I was comfortable with after several emails. This price was a lot lower than quotes I have received from the same local dealerships. I showed up at Manly and was greeted by Mark. We went on a test drive and I was in love with this car. We returned to the internet sales part of the dealership and started on the paperwork. I then have the pleasure of meeting Martin Stansbury, the finance manager. Martin and I were having a good old time talking about things that have nothing to do with buying this car. Martin then talked about the extended warranty and special packages that I declined. Martin did not waste one second trying to talk me into purchasing it. I wished I had purchased my wife's Odyssey from Manly Honda. I will recommend this dealership to all my friends. I want to thank Mark and Martin for a STRESS FREE purchase. More

Jan's sales review My wife and I were shopping for a new 2014. We eventually gravitated towards a Honda Accord so decided to visit the Manly Dealership in Santa Rosa, CA My wife and I were shopping for a new 2014. We eventually gravitated towards a Honda Accord so decided to visit the Manly Dealership in Santa Rosa, CA. Jan was the first sales person that approached us as we parked our car. we described what we were looking and Jan showed us several Accords. He explained what each label was for each model. Jan also described the card feature differences between each model and their prices. As we were looking for a car with a price up to $25000 on the road we settled on the LX model. The one we chose was a champagne color which looked very elegant. Jan showed as the interior of the cars, the engine compartment and the trunk area. He even joked by saying Honda comes with the floor mats as compared to other brands. During the test drive Jan explained the workings of the interior and answered our questions professionally and with strong knowledge of the product Jan was selling. Finally, when we were ready to leave with our new car, Jan asked us to sit inside and gave us a thorough explanation of all the knobs, screens and how to navigate from one to another. We will gladly recommend Jan as a sales person to potential buyers. George and Capi. More

And when all was said and done and my husband and I were trying to figure out the Bluetooth, Patricia stopped and gave us a quick tutorial and programmed my phone for me. Martin handled the car being detailed and got me a loaner car, making sure to ask if it was big enough for me and the kids. My husband made me promise that Manly had what we wanted at their advertised price before we drove up from Marin. Our salesman, Benjamin Schneider was OUTSTANDING & apologized for Jeremy Taunton's claim there's several 2014 Civic Hybrid's in black, silver, etc. when there was none @$21,579.00 (the email advertised price). Ben fixed it right away by finding one w/ leather via a Selma, CA dealer swap that was great for them to do at the busy end of month sales period to give us exactly what we wanted & at exactly what they quoted via email. Benjamin really went the extra mile to ensure our COMPLETE happiness with our purchase & not just satisfaction with our buy. Ben gave us his cell number for any future questions & even offered to drive down to Marin to give full instructions to our daughter (this 2014 Honda Civic Hybrid was a surprise UC Davis graduation present for achieving a 3.96 GPA & graduating Summa Cum Laude). Jeremy Tauton was pleasant with Cyril Kangrga & Stewart Iniguez (finance dept) being absolute pros-quick & painless w/ no extra sales pitches. This last Saturday, I decided that it was time to purchase my car. So I decided to go to Manly Honda in Santa Rosa. Much of my extended family has raved about what great service they have gotten there, so I knew I could trust it. I had two model in mind, the 2015 Honda Fit, and the 2014 Honda Civic. I test drove both, and felt safe and comfortable. Mostly, If felt that Val was very knowledgeable in both vehicles; he made me feel at ease and welcomed any and all questions that I had. I ultimately decided on the 2014 Honda Civic, and I absolutely love it. I am very pleased with my purchase, and will definitely recommend this dealership to all prospective buyers. The services is truly customer oriented; which is so valuable. I have gone into dealerships where I didn't feel like I mattered. Go into Manly Honda in Santa Rosa, ask for Val Stuart.
