He worked with us for a couple of hours, On August 7, 2014 my husband and I stopped by Manly Honda, we were greeted by a very personable Tom Larson. He worked with us for a couple of hours, even though we had told him that we still planned on going to Freeman Toyota to look at a Prius. He took us on 2 test drives and explained all of the bells and whistles of the cars. We determined the price of a Honda Accord and we headed down to Freeman Toyota. After 2 test drives there we worked our way back to Tom to buy the Honda Accord, he was off site but he returned our call immediately to let us know that he would be back soon. After he arrived he took such good care of us through all of the paper work, he had our new car cleaned and gassed up while we were in financing. We had such a good time working with Tom, we could see us going bike riding and kayaking with him in the future. Thanks Tom and we love our new car!!!!! More

He really saved me so much hassle from all of the other dealerships that we went to( I called 11 others in the Bay Area!), and the fact that I've never meet him face to face! Cory was professional and met our every need, even when we had an issue last week with our check being lost by FedEx, he accommodated us and rescheduled delivery without missing a step. He was polite and easy to communicate with through the entire process. It was confusing for us at first since we just started our 2nd location here at Stanford Univ.in Palo Alto, CA from New York's HQ. There are all of the different DMV rules that needed to be explained to the folks in NY, how to get our license plates, who needed to sign, what documents we needed as a non-profit corp....the list goes on! On top of all of the issues that Cory helped us hurdle, he also came in at the most competitive price- delivering exactly what we needed without a sales pitch, never making promises that he didn't keep or hassling me with advertising emails & spam. Cory even answered his phone on his days off when we were coordinating the purchase and change in delivery times. He takes his business seriously! Also was great to receive the beautiful car detailed and full of a tank of gas. We surprised our son by going out to lunch and having the waitress deliver a coffee cup with the keys in it buried with candies. I called my salesperson, Mark Fladseth, and he contacted Paul Constancio, the detail manager, to indicate the items. The car arrived perfect with Paul and a crew member to make sure we were satisfied. Not only did they handle the few small items, but they washed and applied a sealant to the entire vehicle. Paul said it was the least they could do, since we had to return the car. Kudos the Paul, the detail crew and Mark for facilitating the experience! More
