Thorough Service without the pressure Thanksgiving of 2013, we started thinking we'd need a new car within a year. So, while in the area on vacation, we dropped into Manly to peek at the n Thanksgiving of 2013, we started thinking we'd need a new car within a year. So, while in the area on vacation, we dropped into Manly to peek at the new Hybrids. Tommy was one of the few salesreps who actually knew something about the Hybrids. He was kind, sincere about getting us answers if he didn't know them (which by the way is perfectly fine) and never applied any pressure to get a deal done on the first day. He made enough of an impression that we called him almost a year later and informed him we'd be coming in again, over Thanksgiving 2014, to more seriously discuss a new car. Once arriving, he treated us to the same customer service as before. After we were unable to agree on a color in stock, he offered to order the vehicle for us if we'd be willing to wait for it. Once again, this displayed a value not commonly found in "immediate gratification salespeople." The car was ordered for us and came in a few months later. Through the entire process, Tommy kept us informed of the build progress, as best as the information came in, and made sure he was looking out for us. He did a great job giving us estimates for when the vehicle would be finished on the production line, was being ready for shipment via transport type and when it would likely reach dealer inventory. He was realistic about timelines, so when the car arrives earlier than expected, it was a nice surprise. We made our way up to Santa Rosa, completed all the documentation and paperwork, he had the vehicle detailed to the hilt, and my wife had her new car. Tommy is the kind of salesperson we would like to deal with whenever we have a need for a vehicle. We've seen and dealt with all types, some awful, some inept and unknowledgable and othes just disinterested. Tommy was none of these. My wife and I would send anyone to do business with him and know that they'd be working with a fair, knowledgable and professional salesperson. Thank you Tommy. My wife loves her Accord Hybrid. More
