I was expecting just to take a test drive or two to get the feel of certain makes as I have mobility/ergonomic issues. Danny was great. Extremely low pressure and easy to talk to. He understood what I was looking for. It turned out that the vehicle I liked (still not planning on buying) was repriced at the low end of KBB value. That got my attention. Danny worked with me to explain the value of used cars and addressed my concerned about previous ownership, and he produced a Carfax report right away. I decided that the deal was too good to pass up and went for it. I met with Ali in Financing. He was great. He talked a little fast, but he was happy to explain how things worked. While I was not a fan of extended warranties, I was kind of interested here because it was a used car. However, I drive A LOT and would blow through 36K warranty period quickly. Ali worked with me to lower the cost of the extended warranty to a level that made the risk worth the potential benefit. 2008 recession hit me hard and my credit was less than golden. Although I had secured a loan, the rates were high. Ali took the time to see if he could find a better loan option for me, and he did, lowering my APR by over 2%. I will not hesitate to recommend Manly Honda Santa Rosa and especially their used car program. Great hassle-free experience. More
