The people in the service department are very courteous, informative and knowledgeable. I have bought 3 Hyundai Elantras at Manly and all were serviced there as well. No problems. On my last one, the radio had intermittent problems....Manly replaced it with no questions. OK, on to my story about my NEW rockin' Honda Civic EX that I got last week through Jeremy and his team.I had my car serviced and had e-mailed Jeremy about a used 2010 Elantra on the lot. He took total care of me, turned me over to James and by the time I left there I felt like I had won the lottery. Those guys made me a much better deal on a new car and totally turned me around financially. I mean, it was like they really cared. They are not just there to sell the cars. They actually care about your financial situation and how to make a deal to the benefit of everyone involved. I am so grateful for the customer service and care from the internet sales team and the finance manager that I worked with, Jessica. She was also very helpful and caring. All in all, it was a fantastic experience and I love my new Honda!!!! More

My experience with Manly Honda and Paul Ciardiello. was positive and enjoyable. This is saying a lot from me as I had some negative experiences with other car dealers and by the time I got to Manly Honda I positive and enjoyable. This is saying a lot from me as I had some negative experiences with other car dealers and by the time I got to Manly Honda I was a bit exasperated with car dealers. Paul offered me a good price before I came in and when I arrived it was quick and effortless. There were no tricks or hard sell tactics as I had experienced elsewhere. Just good people making a good deal. Excellent friendly help and guidance without the hard sell. I would highly recommend this dealership and have heard good things about them since I bought my car as well. More

Auto Dealerships have a poor reputation. Manly Honda changed my mind. I met with Bill Robertson to service my Honda Odyssey. He was friendly, courteous, professional and walked us through the process wi changed my mind. I met with Bill Robertson to service my Honda Odyssey. He was friendly, courteous, professional and walked us through the process with ease. I purchased my Odyssey from an Auto Broker because I wanted to avoid the Dealership experience. At Manly Honda, I was treated as a valued customer, and the entire experience was positive for me. I would recommend them to a friend, and feel confident that they would receive the same quality service. We also love our Honda, such an improvement over the Ford Explorer that we traded in. More

My experience at Manly was really easy. The employees are really friendly, and the process for buying a new car was fairly easy. I never imagined it would be so easy to buy a beautiful 2011 CRV S sales and finance departments were courteous and informative without being pushy. I have had my car serviced at Manly Honda since I purchased it there. I have never found another dealer to be as honest and helpful as Manly. All the service team has been courteous , helpful, knowledgable. Things are done on time, the right way, and I would recommend them to all my friends that have Hondas. Dave was no exception. He was pleasant, made sure I didn't need additional work and had me out of there in the estimated time period. I think they are great! More

Told the service guy that I needed the "correct" s2k oil filter, and they assured me that they would "of course" put it on. Then I got the car back and noticed that it was the incorrect fi "correct" s2k oil filter, and they assured me that they would "of course" put it on. Then I got the car back and noticed that it was the incorrect filter. I called and talked to the parts folks, and they said they had the part, but Honda recommends either filter. I dont buy that, so I think they dont know what they are doing with s2000's there. More
