Tom Haidet has sold cars to many of my friends and neighbors over the years, all of whom have recommended him highly. A car was ready for me to drive when I got there, Tom knows the car and his business, and we were able to arrive at a workable arrangement within a few hours. I made my first lease. While I was not thrilled by the trade in price for my 2000 CR-V, it had enough issues to make the deal worthwhile. The dealership is undergoing a complete rebuild, so the physical premises was not optimal, but it is clear that they are doing great business and the new building going up next door is incredible. The service department seemed complete but I don't expect to see much of it. I heartily recommend this dealer and this salesman. More

He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, friendly and gave me great advice throughout the process, with no high-pressure sales talk. He was familiar with all the models of used (and new) cars, able to compare brands and models on the spot. His insights helped me decide that I would replace my car with a 2014 Honda Civic, used with just 6000 miles on it.
