We had done some research and narrowed our choices down to the CR-V or the Accord. Tom respected all of our research and listened to our needs without trying to upsell us. The whole experience was very comfortable and we had a fun time with Tom. Everyone at Manly Honda, from the sales team to the finance team, took great care of us. They were honest and helpful at every turn. Even after we unexpectedly had to make a change to the trade due to our second car having trouble, the deal was just as fair and everyone was very understanding. I went in undecided on whether to purchase an Odyssey or a Pilot and Tom helped me understand the features of each vehicle. I purchased through the Costco program which was fantastic as there was no haggling and pricing was very fair. Throughout the process, Tom was patient, answered my questions (I had lots of them!) and never pressured me to make a purchase. I was a bit of a difficult customer as my partner needed to come in for the actual purchase of the car but she has extremely limited time. Tom completely respected that and made arrangements to make the time that she needed to be on site was minimized as much as possible (and when she came into meet Dave in Finance he ready to go and she was in and out in minutes!). He also was very thorough in explaining the features of my new Odyssey to me before I drove off the lot in it. I'm thrilled and so is my family!
