Easy purchase of 2016 Honda CRV We used Costco Auto Program and Tom was the salesman in contact with us. We told him exactly what we wanted and he called us when the car came in. There was no stress and we test drove the car and he explained all the new features of the car. All in all it took 4 hours. We were pleased with the whole process. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that after we bought the car, it took over a week to get an email answered. More
