Fastest process buying a car ever! This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I already knew what type of car I wanted and I had been on the search for a while. Cargurus was the best app and that is how I got linked to your dealership. I talked to Max and he was on it! I filled out the application which was the quickest and easiest process on-line. Max called me back within minutes to tell me that they were working on my payment amount. I knew within the hour that I was pre-approved, my payment amount and interest rate. I came in the same evening and test drove the car, fell in love with it and was out the door within 2 hours. I had final approval of my loan within the week and the terms remained the same! Woohooo! I came in knowing what I wanted and max didn't have to put on airs or be a vulture to sell me a car. max was also in the know when my husband and I were coming in to see him to look at the car. the only thing I found interesting was that even though I am going to be the principal driver of my new civic, and my husband and I are joint owners of the car, my husband has a slightly higher credit score than I do, that when signing the paperwork my husband was instructed to sign as owner and I co-owner. now I must remember that when I bring my car in to Honda for any service to know it is under my husbands name and not mine. I wonder why I was not able to sign the paperwork as owner and my husband the co-owner. at the end of the day this is a male dominated world. -Jennifer miller More
