I spoke with Santiago who was extremely nice and professional. He kept me up to speed on everything and answered my every question. If I called and left a message, he promptly got back to me. Never did he make me feel like I was being a pest. He also dealt with the warranty company which kept my cost to a minimum. Manly Honda, all your employees should be like Santiago. Excellent job!!! Excellent Customer Service Environment I took my son-in-law's Honda Van in for a "Recall" issue and I was surprised by the welcome and hospitality of everyone in the service department. First time buyer with with a great experience Unfortunately I went to a dealership in Fairfield and as a first time buyer they weren't completely honest with me so I walked off the lot with a used Unfortunately I went to a dealership in Fairfield and as a first time buyer they weren't completely honest with me so I walked off the lot with a used 2015 Honda Civic and 10 days later I got a letter saying the contract had been cancelled and they wanted me to return the car. I went to manly in Santa Rosa (closer to my house anyways) and told mike my situation. He was 100% honest with me about my options and got me approved before I even left the dealership. He turned what I thought was a horrible first time buying experience into an amazing one! I get to walk off the lot with a 2016 Honda Civic. I couldn't have asked for a better experience at manly Honda! More
