She spoke with Santiago and told him what was going on. My daughter is young and knows nothing about cars and asked me to handle this situation. I spoke with Santiago who was extremely nice and professional. He kept me up to speed on everything and answered my every question. If I called and left a message, he promptly got back to me. Never did he make me feel like I was being a pest. He also dealt with the warranty company which kept my cost to a minimum. Manly Honda, all your employees should be like Santiago. Excellent job!!! Excellent Customer Service Environment I took my son-in-law's Honda Van in for a "Recall" issue and I was surprised by the welcome and hospitality of everyone in the service department. The little blond Hospitality Hostess was so pleasant and engaging to everyone in the waiting room. The Service Techs took the time to fully explain the what-why and how on the "recall" issue which was fixed in just over an hour. From the first time we arrived to the time we drove our newly purchased vehicle off the lot, everyone involved worked diligently to arrive at a price that was within our budget and ensure the process was as pleasant an experience as possible. Special kudos to Jesse and Andrew, frontline sales staff, Brian, sales manager and Dave in finance for their part in making this purchase a reality. First time buyer with with a great experience Unfortunately I went to a dealership in Fairfield and as a first time buyer they weren't completely honest with me so I walked off the lot with a used Unfortunately I went to a dealership in Fairfield and as a first time buyer they weren't completely honest with me so I walked off the lot with a used 2015 Honda Civic and 10 days later I got a letter saying the contract had been cancelled and they wanted me to return the car. I went to manly in Santa Rosa (closer to my house anyways) and told mike my situation. He was 100% honest with me about my options and got me approved before I even left the dealership. He turned what I thought was a horrible first time buying experience into an amazing one! I get to walk off the lot with a 2016 Honda Civic. I couldn't have asked for a better experience at manly Honda! More
