Buying a used CRV-EXL Mark Fladseth is the reason I drove 4 hrs to buy my used CRV - he was great, answering all questions in a timely manner and friendly as well. Finance Mark Fladseth is the reason I drove 4 hrs to buy my used CRV - he was great, answering all questions in a timely manner and friendly as well. Finance guy H.G. was another matter - seemed very upset that we did not go for the extended warranty, especially since we were given just one key that he claimed would cost us $450, which, by the way, I believe the dealership should provide anyway if they only have one key and which cost us $175 at a local Honda dealer. I can't believe he has been with Manly for 11 years - he definitely needs a change of scenery. If not for him, I would recommend Manly Honda and Mark Fladseth. More
