Recall This was a recall visit to this dealership. The closer dealership to me is Ukiah....but they have awful service & representatives working there. So, This was a recall visit to this dealership. The closer dealership to me is Ukiah....but they have awful service & representatives working there. So, I had to use Manly...Of course this is just a recall, so they had no choice but to service the car. I did receive nice service & the customer waiting area was comfortable & clean. More
some problems to should be resolved The entrance and location of the Service Department is obscure and hard to find. Drought was given as an excuse, but you can get recycle equipment...really should fix this issue More

Bill Petty and the service team worked tirelessly to find the problem and get it fixed. Hugo Méndez worked with us to loan us a Pilot so we would have a vehicle of similar size to carry our stuff while they worked on the van for a week. It was not an easy fix, but now two months later, our van is back to great performance. We really appreciate everything Bill did to make our potentially terrible experience a reasonable one with a happy ending. We think Manly Honda is GREAT! More
Speedy and efficient with friendly service From the moment you pull up to the service area, you are greeted with the friendly staff who direct you where to go and make you feel at home right aw From the moment you pull up to the service area, you are greeted with the friendly staff who direct you where to go and make you feel at home right away. From the really nice guy who vacuums the car when you first get out, to the person signing you in, and to the service rep who fills out your paperwork and is very knowledgeable about what needs to be done---EVERYbody does their job well and the place runs like a well oiled machine. The lobby waiting area is also very comfortable with a large television to watch and the coffee is very good, too! The seating area has spots to plug your phone in to charge, also, which is a nice bonus. More
Honda very disappointing this time:( This was my worst experience with Honda thus far! When I called to schedule I talked to someone in the service dept. told them my car was flashing se This was my worst experience with Honda thus far! When I called to schedule I talked to someone in the service dept. told them my car was flashing service due. I have had all my services done with Honda as well as oil changes. They pulled up my file and told me what service was needed which was around $130.00. When I arrived I was greeted and told I would receive a complimentary floor vacuuming which they never did!!! Proceed to check in and Santaigo asked what I was here for. I do not understand why whatever I booked on the phone is not showing up to Santaigo who is checking me in?? After Santaigo checked my mileage he stated according to the Honda book I was due for 45,000 mile check up which is about $780 or so. I stated that is not what I was told on the phone when I booked the appointment and why was this? Santaigo knows nothing. Firstly the 45,000 check up is much longer in time and several hundred dollars more so I was not prepared to follow through with that service that day. I do not understand why this service was not mentioned to me on the phone when they are looking at my file. When my car was finished Santaigo said he tried to reach me by phone but could not, ( why didn't he leave me a voice message???) to let me know my wiper bladed were bad and my battery was a 3 out of 5. I just had Honda put new wiper blades on when I was there in Sept of 2015 so I am not buying that one. The battery still has life left so that is a no go for now too. I feel Honda is trying to sell things that are not needed yet. I have not had any problems in the past but this visit felt un-easy to me. And when I left and noticed that the floors were a mess and never vacuumed that topped the cake!! I hope things improve:) Stacey More
