I spoke with Santiago who was extremely nice and professional. He kept me up to speed on everything and answered my every question. If I called and left a message, he promptly got back to me. Never did he make me feel like I was being a pest. He also dealt with the warranty company which kept my cost to a minimum. Manly Honda, all your employees should be like Santiago. Excellent job!!! From the first time we arrived to the time we drove our newly purchased vehicle off the lot, everyone involved worked diligently to arrive at a price that was within our budget and ensure the process was as pleasant an experience as possible. First time buyer with with a great experience Unfortunately I went to a dealership in Fairfield and as a first time buyer they weren't completely honest with me so I walked off the lot with a used Unfortunately I went to a dealership in Fairfield and as a first time buyer they weren't completely honest with me so I walked off the lot with a used 2015 Honda Civic and 10 days later I got a letter saying the contract had been cancelled and they wanted me to return the car. I went to manly in Santa Rosa (closer to my house anyways) and told mike my situation. He was 100% honest with me about my options and got me approved before I even left the dealership. He turned what I thought was a horrible first time buying experience into an amazing one! I get to walk off the lot with a 2016 Honda Civic. I couldn't have asked for a better experience at manly Honda! More
