I would have liked to give it a higher score, but the sales associate (Alina) that was helping me though the process was not very knowledgeable or pleasant to work with. It was very evident she cared about making a sale more than helping me feel good about the process. Her customer service skills were lacking. Her communication skills were also lacking. I placed a hold on a car because the model I wanted was not available. I had to go out of my way to call and check to see if it had been delivere when the date promised came around. My sales associate did not call me to keep me updated. I had to call and personally go to the dealership to check. And once the car did arrive she did not have any of the paper work ready so that the process could end smoothly. It was like going in and starting the process all over again. In my opinion she should have been prepared. Aside for her lack of skills, the rest of the sales associates and the financial manager were great. They were happy to help me and made the final process smooth. More

I am the kind of person who knows what he wants and Tom never pressures me towards other options. He is very knowledgeable about Honda and you can tell he is proud of the brand. Tom never pressured me into getting something bigger or fancier, which was *really really* great: I didn't feel like I had to have my guard up the whole time. I really felt like he listened and helped us get what we wanted and needed. He was kind and attentive and very engaging - and made great friends with our three year-old. As a sales person, he was patient, thorough and transparent, definitely going above and beyond. He also helped with finding the right insurance, and what was especially impressive, was that he took time on a Saturday to drive one of our cars back home (which helped avoid a logistical nightmare for us).
