The Service Advisor, Irving Ceballos, greeted me promptly and cordially at my appointment time. He explained everything involved with the diagnosis and repair and answered my questions thoroughly. The car was ready to go exactly at the time the he estimated and went over the customer copy of the RO with me so that I could explain the work to my parents. Overall, it was a very pleasing experience. That day, Irving gave a couple of elderly folks (and their son) peace of mind that they would be able to get around without worrying about their car not starting. More
