Neil in the Service Dept ROCKS! I initially came in on May 21 for fuses since 3 of 4 windows in my 2010 Honda Civic LX would not open. As it turned out there is a window lock on the I initially came in on May 21 for fuses since 3 of 4 windows in my 2010 Honda Civic LX would not open. As it turned out there is a window lock on the driver's side that was pushed. I mentioned I would like to get a quote to fix my A/C it stopped working a few months ago and driving in the NAPA heat was difficult. He thought it might be the Relay and wa-la. Someone listened to us We had done lots of online and reading research but no actual driving tests when we first showed at Manly. Julie Dormire, showed us what choices we had in our stated price range ( no hard sales no trying to upsale ) and then took us for a couple of test drives. We have owned Honda's before but were uncertain as to whether we wanted a utility vehicle or a sedan. We thanked her for her time and let her know we had several other places to check out. Long story short, at the end of the day ( a very long one) we both were ready to go back to Julie! She was with other clients, but made sure she took care of us too. At the end of the day all we had to decide was which color : ) The finance team was great, we were tired and cranky and worn out, but they all acted like it was first thing in the morning and were happy to help. We drove home our car, left behind the one we were done dealing with and have lived happily ever after! Next car, we will most certainly return, and hopefully find Julie and the same amazing team that helped. More
