I was VERY unhappy with my salesman at my local VW dealership. I looked on the internet and found the closest dealer with the car and color I wanted. The monthly payment was even $20 less than I thought it would be. I was there a total of three hours and thirty minutes but time went quickly. I was never kept waiting, no time was wasted, was made to feel at home. A day later I am still very happy with my CC. No buyers remorse here. More

I went to a few dealerships before going to Mankato to price some vehicles. Being only 22 I was brushed off and everyone was pushy and not listening to my price range. We were looking for a Nissan Murano. Mankato Motors didn't have to one that we wanted on the lot but got one there in two days. The transaction was easy and done in a professional manner. While visiting the dealership to have a previous vehicle serviced, we met and talked with Justin. We were interested in looking into buying a 2009 VW Jetta TDI sedan. The cars were not available as yet an serviced, we met and talked with Justin. We were interested in looking into buying a 2009 VW Jetta TDI sedan. The cars were not available as yet and we agreed to remain in contact from time to time with Justin. We specified just what we wanted in terms of color, equipment, etc., and when they became available Justin located just the car we wanted. When the time came to pick up the new Jetta, it was sitting in the show room all ready to go. We were taken care of by Justin and several others of the dealer staff and all questions were answered, features carefully explained, etc. It was a very positive experience. Since we have owned the car, during visits to the dealership, we usually talk with Justin and he inquires about the car and whether we are continuing to be happy with it. Since we live seventy miles distant from the dealership, and we normally wait while work is done, Justin always asks if he can give us a ride to somewhere for lunch, shopping, etc. I have recommended Justin to several people who have inquired about where we bought our Jetta. Whether they have followed up on those suggestions, I do not know. I would continue to recommend him to others in future and at such time as we would consider buying another car, I would go to Justin. As for my general opinion of Mankato Motors I am very pleased with the quality of service work, diligence and friendliness of the service staff, espcially Service Advisor Sandy Kranz. She has been very cooperative in scheduling, attending to details and making sure that we are satisfied with the work. Mankato Motors is a very highly rated dealership, in my opinion. More
