The staff is very friendly and very thorough when answering any questions. I am used to leaving price offers on vehicles(and machinery- I am a farmer) so this was different for me to have someone no answering any questions. I understand they feel most people do not enjoy that sort of thing as a buyer and so set the price as low as possible at the start. My wife liked the idea so I am sure it is a very effect way of doing business. All that being said, I do feel like it was a fair price for this vehicle. The fact that they are not commission based means they aren't pushy like those in the area who still practice that traditional sales method. We only had one misunderstanding about a couple features of the car I got but neither are earth shattering problems for me. I love that the car came with free car washes for the life of the lease and the first oil change is free. That plus the onstar service really made this the best choice for me. I would definitely return again and again to Mankato Motors. More
