I scheduled my annual oil and service check with my Porsche service advisor Ted Lee. He is very knowledgeable, responsive and nice too. I brought my car in two days later, explained that my lights sometimes don’t go on, and a rattle coming from the vehicle , plus to look over for its annual service. I received a call and text with a video of the overall thorough review of my vehicle up under the vehicle, by a Porsche service technician who was articulate and professional. My Porsche needed new tires, front brakes and a replacement switch for my lights, plus the tire rotation and oil service. Ted then offered me a loner car because they would need a few days to get a couple parts needed for my special 911 4S. I was very happy when we picked up a new Macan Porsche as our courtesy loaner vehicle. They were very accommodating when I asked to keep the loaner for a couple extra days because I would be out of Manhattan and unable to get back when the car was to be ready. It was not an issue for them and when I did pick up my 911, the car was waiting for me, clean and looking beautiful. Ted Lee was there and made sure I had everything I needed. Their service is way overpriced! They are almost double other dealerships. I brought it in for standard maintenance service, detailing and to remove a substance on the window.
