Always greeted with a smile, hot cup of coffee and bottle of water and check- in procedure is painless. All of the technicians are well trained and I have never had any issues in 19 years of servicing my Porsches (5 vehicles). I Had to use their body shop once and they did a great job as well using all new Porsche parts. Associate Frank Pica updated me every day on progress of the body work. Highly recommend their service department and especially Lenka! She is a real professional. More
