Tom in service couldn’t be more accommodating. He arranged and delivered a loaner when our part was delayed in Germany. He managed to get most of the cost covered under warranty even though the car i arranged and delivered a loaner when our part was delayed in Germany. He managed to get most of the cost covered under warranty even though the car is 5 years older.
