Horrible customer service, very little iniative, no urgency, didn't call back, slow to reply to text massages. Went into dealership to purchase a car & spoke to the person about all the details. During the meeting, the sales person told me a specific price and then once the final paperwork was sent over the final sale was a couple thousand more than we talked about. The sales person insisited it was the "agreed" price but we only talked about it. They then tried to say oh you signed the contact agreeing to this specific amount and I only was told I was signing a paper so they could run my credit score. In the end, they tried to pretend like nothing happened but I was not happy. I cancelled the said contact. NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS PERSON AGAIN. Wanted the car so badly, but bad taste in my mouth. Worst customer service ever. More
