I explained to Rick I'd need him to carefully talk me through the car's details as he was looking at it/walking around it. He far exceeded my expectations with his patient and detailed descriptions. He even texted me photographs of the areas he was describing. It's always a little unnerving to contemplate buying a car over an extreme distance like this, but a salesperson like Rick makes all the difference. I didn't end up purchasing the car just because it wasn't up to the collector condition I was looking for. I can't say enough nice things about honest Rick was to work with, though. Had the car been what I was looking for, I would've had no hesitation working with Rick. Highly recommended. More

Best car bying experience!! Just traded in a vehicle at Mangold Ford. Drove 1 1/2 hour to look at the truck.
