My F-150 is my mobile office and I rely on it heavily for my work and my income! Nolan and his team always get my truck in when I ask and get it done in a timely manner! In December my Ford F150's breaks gave out while driving. Thankfully I had just pulled away from my house and quickly noticed an issue so I turned around right away, but Manderbach Ford came out rig driving. Brought the car in Thursday 9am for "wrench" light. Informed at 3:30p that I should come down and pick it up. Then informed it wasn't fixed, they had to order a part, but didn't put the order light. They made me prepay then argue with me when I noticed they overcharged on my bill. This issue apparently happens on all the fusion's throttle bodies. Ford updated the part and didn't do a recall! Forcing us all to pay out of pocket for it. More

Let the buyer beware so shame on me. However, Manderbach had no trouble selling me a used Escape with substantial rust to the under-carriage. When our sales person told the lady we were ready to transfer ownership, pay taxes and whatever else they do, the lady said it will have to wait until after lunch and she walked out the door. There are way too many car dealers out there for me to ever give Manderbach any more of my business. More

I went to purchase a new Ford Escape. After researcing the car that I wanted online, the saleswomen told me that options that I wanted were not available. Even though I clearly stated that I wanted to bu the car that I wanted online, the saleswomen told me that options that I wanted were not available. We had a terrible experience with this dealership resulting in a cancellation of our purchase. We went in looking for a very specific car after doing research online and "building" the car on ford.co resulting in a cancellation of our purchase. We went in looking for a very specific car after doing research online and "building" the car on ford.com. Once we found that Manderbach Ford had the exact car we wanted listed in their inventory (again through Ford.com) we went to their lot where we test drove a similar car on the lot. The salesman informed us that although our car (the one we were paying for) wasn't on their lot, it was listed in their inventory because it was being shipped from the manufacturing facility. The salesman was friendly but utterly worthless when it came to providing information. The car was supposed to arrive in 10 days. 20 days passed (which we called every day to see if the car arrived) and the car had still not arrived. To make matters worse, the salesman told me to take the car loan out ahead of time so I would be ready to pick up the car as soon as it arrived. Without my knowledge, I began paying for the new car AS WELL AS the car I was trading in. I was paying for two cars, one of which I didn't own. The excessive fund being withdrawn resulted in my account over-drafting and fees to follow. The salesman was very unclear as to where the was and avoided fessing up when the car was supposed to arrive. How is it that you can you order a $5 book online and track exactly where it is, but an entire car gets lost in the system? Come on... We're still not sure if the car actually was being shipped, if they double-sold the car, or if they wanted the deal to fall through. We cancelled the deal after 21 days and bought from another dealership (which was an excellent dealership to work with!). Meanwhile, it took a week to get our deposit back from Manderbach. Avoid the Manderbach Ford dealership - they lie, are difficult to work with, and will COST YOU MONEY. More
