The car had tons of scratches and was in below average condition. I noticed that both weather strips on the roof were coming loose. They agreed to fix but said they would not actually do the work until after I paid for it. They said they did not want to do it if I didn't buy it because the next person might not notice. The initial price was high but they came down some to what they said was the absolute lowest price. I had a bad feeling and told them I did not want it. One week later they were advertising it for $800 less than the absolute best price. Looked at a Focus instead and again the price was a bit high. Was then told that this was the best price because they were "already losing money at that price" Sorry, but I don't have sucker on my forehead. Never again. More

Used car sale 6/20/14 I placed a deposit on a vehicle they had for sale. Since this was a Friday, I could not apply for financing through my Credit Union until 6/23 6/20/14 I placed a deposit on a vehicle they had for sale. Since this was a Friday, I could not apply for financing through my Credit Union until 6/23. On 6/26 CU requested a sales agreement, which our salesman @ Manderbach promptly fax to them. 6/27 (Friday) CU called to say salesman forgot to put odometer reading on agreement. Same person @ Manderbach said he would do it right away. Monday (6/30) CU still did not have mileage. I again called and was told it had been faxed the next day. When I pointed out that the next day was Saturday, he corrected his lie to 15 minutes after I spoke to him. By Wednesday 7/2, upon learning our CU STILL did not have that tiny piece of information, I left work to drive down there and retrieve it myself. And that's when I realized they are the most deceitful, unscrupulous bunch of car salesman I have ever heard of! CU never got odometer reading because they had sold the car to another party on 6/24! Apparently, in their dealership a SOLD sign on a vehicle doesn't mean anything & the buffoon who sold us the car first had no idea for an entire week that the car I was buying was gone!Funny thing is; when my husband went to see the car on 6/21, he had a serious interest in a 2014 F250 that caught his eye- I DON'T THINK SO! I may have been born in the morning- but it wasn't this morning! I will never consider going there for any reason again. More
