We needed something with a third row and four wheel drive. The Ford Explorer was a perfect match for us. We first went to another Ford dealer, which was a little closer to us, but the sales person didn’t seem very knowledgeable about the vehicle and didn’t reply to my email with questions about the vehicle. I decided to call Manderbach to see what they had in stock. Bobbi Martin answered the phone and worked with us on finding the right vehicle. We took our time and checked several other dealerships, but Manderbach had the best vehicle at the best price for us. In addition, Bobbi was super nice to work with. She didn’t pressure us when we told her we were going to check around at other dealerships before committing to buying their vehicle, even though she had spent quite a bit of time showing us vehicles and test driving them with us. In the end, we decided to go with a 2018 Explorer Bobbi showed us. Since the sale, Bobbi has contacted us to see if we had any questions and to make sure we were happy with our purchase. The next time I go to buy a new vehicle, I will save myself some time and go straight to Manderbach. More
