John showed me one of the models on the lot and since I was undecided as to when I wanted to purchase, he then showed me the (no pressure way to shop) Manderbach website. I was able to look at the inventory at my own pace. I narrowed my choices down to 2 vans and contacted John with a few questions. The dealership was even able to accommodate some special requests we had. They also didn't pressure us when we liked the car (a 2013 Ford C-Max SEL Hybrid) but wanted to leave to look at a couple more on our list. We came back later in the same day for a more extensive test drive and "pulled the trigger". The ONLY issue we had with the entire experience was expected, and that was the attempted up-sale by the sales manager with a menagerie of extra warranties and protection packages. However, even then a simple "no thank you" was enough, which was very pleasant. This is now our 2nd car purchased from Manderbach, and I think will will check their inventory first the next time we are looking for a car (which might be quite a while now that we have two very reliable vehicles). More
