He was very welcoming the second my family entered the building. We were looking to trade in our 2013 Ford Explorer to lease a 2018 Ford Explorer. Josh made sure we got everything we were looking for and he made sure we got what we asked for with our trade in. At the time, we arrived shortly before they closed; I was pregnant and exhausted plus I had 2 hungry young boys who didn't want to sit for very long. Josh was very understanding and kept the boys entertained while my husband and I checked out the vehicles and waited discussed quotes. Since he and the manager stayed until after the dealership closed, I had to come back the next day (on Halloween) to pick up my vehicle. He made an appointment time that worked around my working-mom schedule. He did his best to get me out of the dealership with my new SUV in time to bring my boys trick or treating. He knew "happy wife, happy life" and did everything in his power to keep me happy. Not everything goes smooth sailing and when your pregnant, the littlest things can seem monumental, but he was patient with me and respectful even if I may have come across as a crazy pregnant woman. He is one of few salesmen that truly cares what your opinion is and is willing to go the extra mile for his customers. And when I say extra mile, this man personally brought the check to my bank to make sure my loan got paid off in a timely manner. Thank you again Manderbach Ford for my new SUV, which we love!! I made a call to their dealership and spoke with the incredibly helpful Giovanny, who patiently did his research on the car and then worked to coordinate a test drive for me with another salesperson, since I was only able to come in on his day off. I was expecting to come and be pressured to buy it, but from the moment I arrived and met the other salesperson -- John Patton -- I realized that he was interested first and foremost in simply answering my questions about the car and letting me get acquainted with it. When I did decide to purchase the car, the administrative staff made it a quick and painless experience, handling the paperwork efficiently, despite being in the middle of relocating the entire dealership to a new location that very same day. The car was an exceptional deal, the staff was excellent, and I'd recommend this dealership to anyone searching for a new or used vehicle. More
