My husband bought his 2023 Ram from Manual in July and we had a great experience. The team sold us on the service department explaining how great the service is and we could visibly see that they have a grea had a great experience. Unfortunately, when I booked an appointment to get my Jeep compass looked at, the work was not done because they were backed up and did not have time to do the work. I’m greatly frustrated because I set an appointment and made time in the day to get a job done, while also caring for my infant, and then had to leave without the problem even being looked at. The facility is great and they seem to have good team members but are lacking with their time management and customer service. More

Called the dealership to find out what I needed to do to get a replacement key for my Jeep. Andrew was the first person to assist me and he was extremely helpful.
