Great all round experience except when the appointment time ‘disappeared’ from the computer system. Good thing we called on Friday to confirm our Monday October 2 at 7:30 appointment time only to be told time ‘disappeared’ from the computer system. Good thing we called on Friday to confirm our Monday October 2 at 7:30 appointment time only to be told there was no appointment for us. 🙄 luckily we were able to get in at 8:00. Apparently, two separate computer systems are not always in sync. Hmm! More

Sold me a truck, with a bad transmission. It literally went out 6 miles after leaving dealership.
