I have been to th dealership three times for the same issue and been given three different steps to be taken. There is a lack of communication and poor customer service. I have an electrical issue with my vehicle I reported a month ago and a seal of some sort at the back of the vehicle coming apart. Basically I was sold a lemon. If I don’t get resolution for all my issues at the next visit, I will be filing under lemon law. I will NEVER shop at Jeep again. More

They attempted to get me to pay for more service than what was necessary. I went in there for a service that was only $500 and they gave me a quote for things I didn’t even need and almost spent $3000. I what was necessary. I went in there for a service that was only $500 and they gave me a quote for things I didn’t even need and almost spent $3000. I ultimately had to spend $1370 because they had already started the “maintenance” work and it was too late to stop them. You should really train your people to not take advantage of their customers by getting them to spend more than they can afford. More

I called the service department to find out what shampoo they would recommend for my specific ceramic coating as to not void the warranty. The first time I called I was placed on hold and after fifteen minu they would recommend for my specific ceramic coating as to not void the warranty. The first time I called I was placed on hold and after fifteen minutes was disconnected. They called me back and asked how they could help. I explained and they said they would contact the detail department and call back. They have yet to call back. Meanwhile I searched the manual and internet to find what I believe to be the correct item. It would have been nice to get a response seeing as I just paid a small fortune for the new vehicle and ceramic. More
