I have yet to be called about a part that was ordered and paid for. They lied about the parts needed to be replaced. Tony was great a friendly. However, the department tried to sell me a service that was simply not needed, which was flushing the differential fluid. I declined the service due to pricing, then brought my truck to a trusted mechanic who informed me that the levels were fine and not in need of flushing for at least another 40,000 miles! Also, they left the air filter box open, which caused a weird vibration noise when i was idling and the left greasy fingerprints on the windshield where they placed the next service date sticker and all over the steering wheel and a greasy rag in my cup holder. I pre-paid for a maintenance package when i purchased the truck, if not for that, i would never go back. But when i do, it will be only for exclusively what is covered under the agreement. More
