Stopped on a weekday around 2-3pm. I spent 30+ minutes walking the lot shopping between Grand Wagoneer's and seeing if they had any Challengers that peaked my interest. Not one person I spent 30+ minutes walking the lot shopping between Grand Wagoneer's and seeing if they had any Challengers that peaked my interest. Not one person came to greet me or offer any assistance. I noticed there didn't seem to be any other customers parked out front so I walked inside to see if I could get some help. There were no other customers in sight. There was also no receptionist there so I waited about 5 minutes before walking around the showroom. I was still never greeted. In that time I noticed 2 employees (I assume managers) in a large glass office in the middle of the showroom. Looks like where the salespeople go to talk to their managers. They looked at me and then just went back to talking. I also noticed several salespeople in offices across the showroom that were just sitting at their desks by themselves and either looking at their cell phones or computers. Several looked at me yet I was never greeted. At that point I realized that my money was no good there and I left. I have bought several 6 figure vehicles. Never have I been completely ignored trying to buy one. More
