I took my Jeep in for a very specific issue that needed to be taken care of. After inspection they gave me a list of recommended repairs. I asked which of them was the most pertinent and would solve the is to be taken care of. After inspection they gave me a list of recommended repairs. The most expensive item on the list (+$2,000) was their recommendation and it didn’t even fix the main problem I was having. I was told that they test drove it after the initial repair but there is absolutely no way that they did without noticing that the issue still wasn’t resolved. When I took it back to them I was charged for multiple diagnostics that they should have performed the first time I was there. My A/C was also out when I got my Jeep back - which wasn’t the case when I took it in. More
