I called before I dropped my jeep off to ask if they had all parts to fix the recall and they said they did. Paperwork on the recall said the repair should take 6 hours I dropped it off around noon on Monda all parts to fix the recall and they said they did. Paperwork on the recall said the repair should take 6 hours I dropped it off around noon on Monday. I called Tuesday afternoon they said that they had to order some parts so it would be finished sometime Wednesday. I did not hear anything from them on Wednesday so I called Thursday and they said it would be finished sometime the next day. I finally got my vehicle back on Friday. I was not offered a loaner and had to miss work because I did not have a vehicle and was continuously told the next day More
