Stay away from the Axiom extended warranty! I bought an Alpina B7 at Mancuso and the salesman talked me into the an extended warranty at the "platinum" (everything is included) level, saying that I'd have Alpina B7 at Mancuso and the salesman talked me into the an extended warranty at the "platinum" (everything is included) level, saying that I'd have absolutely zero problems dealing with the extended warranty company if anything were to happen. Over a year of ownership later, the car threw a check engine light. Upon taking it to the most reputable dealership in the region, a bunch of failures were identified, including leaking crankcase vent hose, leaking intake, a bad injector, and severe misfires on cylinders 1, 2, 3, 5, 7. The extended warranty company is doing everything they possibly can to not cover repairs. I contacted Mancuso for help, since they were they ones that sold me the coverage under assurance of worry-free resolutions. They have stated that they cannot help. It's a shame that they won't stand behind a product that they are selling...I wonder how big the financial kickback is? More

As soon as it was delivered to us, we noticed some engine noise but were told that it was normal. After several months of the Noise is getting worse we took it to the dealer who explained that it was the timing chain tensioner’s in that range rover had received a bulletin from the manufacture. It was not a recall and not covered under warranty. Man Coussot’s deceptive sales tactics have left us with a $40,000 vehicle that isn’t worth anything without this major repair being done. It was a little intimidating for an average joy (like myself) to walk into a dealership that houses a field of high end and exotic cars, but they were the only local dealership with an Audi RS5 and I had to go see this car in person. However, this was two years ago, and I am fortunate to have now purchased my third vehicle from them. My overall experience was a very pleasant one. I do not shop anywhere in the market for a vehicle because I genuinely feel valued as repeat customer. They are well above average with their prices on a trade-in. They have an excellent and a well-priced inventory, and they are an honest, helpful calibrated group of professionals that work collectively as a team to achieve superior customer service.
