Everyone at this dealership is very friendly. I bring my 2006 Mazda 3 to the service dept. there and have been very pleased with the overall friendliness, efficiency, and promptness of the staff. Stacey Violette was the sales associate that assisted me with purchasing my new Mazda 3 sedan. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in deciding on which car to buy. She was not at all pushy which would have made me angry. I couldn't decide if I wanted a hatchback or a sedan and she helped me to decide to buy a sedan. I was very pleased with the fact that she paired my cell phone with my Mazda so that I could talk on the phone without a bluetooth. Stacey made buying a new car a pleasure. More

Although I did not buy my car from this dealership (they bought the stock of the previous dealer afterwards) I continue to travel out of my way to have my car serviced here. Things always seem to cost double what you expect and if you're like me and aren't extremely knowledgeable about cars, there isn't much you can do about it. With Mazda of Manchester things always seem to cost less than I was planning. Their service is great all around and my car has run flawlessly for over 5 years now with the bare minimum of service thanks to their help. I like that I can make an appointment quickly online, drop my car off the night before, and pick it up after work. They've offered me rides to work as well, although I do have other means so I haven't used this service. I'll keep coming back for sure! I've dealt with some shady garages in the past and these people have been nothing but pleasant and honest. More
