I would certainly recommend this dealership. When my wife and I went to see a new Mazda, I had my requirements rigid. Kate welcomed us to the dealership and the first thing she did was to go through my requirements and narrowing down to the possib requirements rigid. Kate welcomed us to the dealership and the first thing she did was to go through my requirements and narrowing down to the possible models that satisfy them. This saved us a lot of time. In addition, we didn't hear any 'sales talks' from anyone we dealt at the dealership which made us confide in them. Kate took us through all the vehicles we liked to see (Mazda 3, CX-7, and Ford Mustang (used)) and explained us the differences of the vehicles in many aspects such as fuel economy, safety, etc. She didn't suggest we settle for any vehicle or did not rush us through the process which would be the case at many other dealerships, rather we had enough information to make a comfortable decision within a decent amount of time. Finally, we liked the Mustang and settled for it. Rob did a fantastic job by getting the credit approval right way, without jeopardizing my credit score. He took us through all steps of the deal, warranties, and all other information that we should know in order to make informed decisions. They did a great job with the vehicle price, credit approval process, and documentation. The professionalism and expertise demonstrated by Rob should be a benchmark for every auto dealership. In summary, we were offered a great service at Mazda of Manchester. Everyone there was friendly and very helpful and helped us to get the car that we were really fond of having. Everyone that I dealt with was very accommodating in getting me set up in my new Mazda 3. Michael set up my appointment and made sure the car was waiting for me to test drive when I arrived at the deale getting me set up in my new Mazda 3. This dealership is the absolute model for what all dealerships should be like. My husband and I began our car search at a dealership much closer to our hometown of Worcester MA, but after being comple dealerships should be like. My husband and I began our car search at a dealership much closer to our hometown of Worcester MA, but after being completely underwhelmed by the atmosphere there, we ventured off to CT. We were greeted on the lot by salesman Jay Wood within minutes of arriving. We told him we were looking at the Mazdaspeed 3, and when he found out we hadn't had an opportunity to drive one yet, he enthusiastically offered us a test drive. Jay was the perfect mix of laid back and informative, he answered our questions, but also let us form our own opinions of the car. When we returned to the dealership, we went inside and talked numbers-the part most people dread-but it was surprisingly low key and comfortable. Jay worked to get the price to where we were comfortable, and although the offer for our trade-in was too low for us to afford, we knew we'd be returning to buy the car as soon as we sold our current vehicle. The prices at this dealership are already so low, there is little need for haggling and BS back and forth negotiations. We left that day, sold our car 2-3 weeks later and returned a few days after that to purchase the car. Buying our car that day was almost as simple as buying a pair of shoes. There were no hidden fees, we got a decent interest rate through the dealerships bank, and there was no high pressure offers to buy extra stuff or extended warranties (purchasing the extended warranty did come up, but we never felt overly pressured to agree to buying it). From start to finish the day we bought the car, we probably spent no more than 2 hours there, which is pretty impressive considering it's not unheard of for folks to spend an entire day at a other dealerships. Also, before we left, we received a card from the service center to remind us that they would be contacting us when it's time for our first oil change. Overall, my husband and I were extremely impressed by everything about Mazda of Manchester, the prices, the people, the sales approach, everything! We've already recommended them to our friends, and if we are in the market for a car in the future, we will be going back!!! More
