He was helpful but not overbearing. I wanted to buy the car but it needed to have a few details taken care of before I was totally satisfied with the car, and Frank took care of it. The title and the lien information were both missing from my trade in which could have been a big hassle, but Frank and Rob took care of all the details and the process went very smoothly. We ended up getting a reasonable trade-in offer, and we liked the car we looked at, so we end up buying it. Kate and Rob gave us options for add-ons and protection, but never pressured us into a decision.
