I already kinda knew I wanted the Dodge Journey we had seen. But taking the test drive and talking to Dave made my decision simple. They understood the importance of my needing a new vehicle for my family and worked on getting me an affordable payment which was crucial for me and my budget. Frank did a excellent job. The whole process took about 2 hours and I ended up with a beautiful Mazda 6 on a 3 year lease. He was knowledgable, fair and friendly. What a pleasant experience! Frank actually listened to what we wanted and found us the perfect car. He did not push his own agenda. I brought my wife in to take a look at Mazda's crossover offerings to accomodate our growing family. We worked with Dave Small and took a look at the CX-5. I bought a Used 2006 GMC Canyon form Carter chevrolet approximately January 2014. I heard a bearing type noise coming from the engine compartment , especially when just starting the vehicle. I suspected the Tensioner or Idler pulley was making the noise. Since I have a 90 day warranty from Carter chevy I decided to try to get it looked at. I was told (By Carter chevy) to go to Mazda of Manchester for Service. I dropped it of in the Morning on Saturday 2/22. When I got there I met Kyle Chappalle. Kyle impressed me the minute I met Him. He was very attentive to my problem, and within a matter of hours I was able to pick up the Vehicle with a New Serpentine Belt Tensioner. Now I can say that the noise I heard was no longer there. BACKGROUND : In the past I have done all of my own work on my Vehicles, because quite frankly I never trusted anyone working on my car. I must say that after the experienc with Mazda of Manxhester, I am a true beleiver that there are good service places out there and I must say that Mazda of Manchester made me a true beleiver. I am a Mechanical Engineer and am an avid Shade tree mechanic. I have done much work on my own cars, such as; 1). Tranny fluid filter and flid change. 2). head gasket replacemtn on a front wheel drive (olds) Ciera. 3). Multiple brake jobs. 4). Heater Cores. 5). Clutch replacement 6). too much else to list here. I am now in my 50's and I must say that I have finally found a repair center that I fell in love with. I would not hesitate to take my car to mazda for any type of repair. They even washed my car. This was the first wash since I bought the car (it is still winter). I work at Pratt and will HIGHLY recomnmend Kyle and his buddies at Mazda of Manchester to my Coworkers. I know I rambled but I never thought I would truly trust anybody working on my car, exce3pt for Mazda of Manchester. Thanks to Kyle and the entire team at mazda of Manchester. More
As a long time Ford owner, I can't remember the last time I was at a dealership other than Ford. Owning a 5-speed 2008 Focus (that had been a great car) but due to lower back issue, I needed a vehicle w time I was at a dealership other than Ford. Owning a 5-speed 2008 Focus (that had been a great car) but due to lower back issue, I needed a vehicle with an automatic transmission. I decided to check out Mazda of Manchester because my daughter has had a great experience with her 2011 Mazda 3 i Touring sedan. I was looking at their used Mazda 3's on the lot and Jay Wood approached me asking if there was anything that I would like to take a closer look at or a test drive. I found a 2011 that I liked a lot and asked if we could take it for a test drive. Being later in the day with darkness closing in, I found that I liked the vehicle so we went inside to work out what the cost would be with my trade in. Walking in, I braced myself for the typical dealership games (being passed around up the decision making chain, the lost key game, the no one wants your trade-in game, the I can't remember what you were promised but let's start all over at MSRP game and on and on). Actually to my surprise and delight, it was a no-nonsense, pleasant experience! Jay offered what was a fair price for my vehicle AND CAME BACK WITH A GREAT PRICE for the used Mazda 3. I told him that I wanted my wife to see the vehicle and that we would be back the following Saturday. There were no pressure tactics and we set up a time for the following week. A week later I returned with my wife and daughter and we looked at the vehicle. After closer inspection during the day, we found some items that we were not aware of on the 2011 Mazda 3 and decided to pass. We decided however to continue to look around (because of the great experience) and found another vehicle, a 2012 Mazda 3 and after taking it for a test drive, I asked Jay if he could give us the same great price for the 2012. He came back with a very reasonable offer with my trade-in and he sold us the vehicle. We are extremely happy with our 2012 Mazda 3 i Sport and our purchasing experience with both Jay Wood, Lisa Friedrich and Patrick the Sales Manager. The paperwork process was smooth and the dealership worked out the new plates and registration for me, which helped being 45 minutes away in the Springfield MA area. Jay introduced me to the service and parts department staff as well as the drop box for keys. So if you want a pleasant, no-nonsense, no drama experience where you are ACTUALLY RESPECTED through the process, I strongly recommend this dealership and both Jay and Lisa who were consummate professionals. My wife now wants to buy a Mazda 6 from them as her vehicle. I guess I'm not a Ford guy any longer. More
