Best car shopping experience in over 40 years. My wife and I decided to stop by Mazda of Manchester after an internet search revealed they had three MX-5 Miatas on the lot. Rich Sika came outside to meet us and things just clicked. This was the best car buying experience we have ever had...and we've purchased quite a number of vehicles in over 40 years. There was zero pressure, all our questions were answered, pricing was fair and Rich and the rest of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was almost surreal. We did purchase a car on the lot. I will definitely do business here again. I cannot as yet comment on the Quality of Work but, if it's anything like Sales, we'll be happy. I explained what my daughter was looking for and what she could afford. She has a Mazda 3 (2008) that she was trading in. Michael kept in touch with me via email pretty much daily. My daughter wanted a vehicle out of her price range, but Michael did his best in trying with all the incentives available and we decided to look at a Mazda 3 hatchback. I talked to Michael on the phone a few time, and was very impressed and felt very comfortable - no pressure, not pushy. We did meet with Rich Sika this past week to look and test drive a vehicle Mazda 3 Hatchback. Rich is newer to this dealership, but was very helpful and knowledgeable. Rich understood what we wanted and didn't try to talk us into something else. Rich worked quickly with the sales manager and came up with a quote for us. Did have to play the waiting game back and forth with the manager. After a couple of days. My daughter decided not to go with a Mazda 3 and, when Rich called to see how thing were going and if there was anything he could do for us (he left a message). I called him back and told him we had decided on another vehicle - not in the Mazda family. Rich wished me the best. Rich even followed up with an email wishing my daughter the best and if there's anything he can do for us in the future or if we ever have any questions, he'd be more than happy to assist us. Saturn who was looking for upgrade! :) Karolina was by far the best sales representative. Prior to my visit at this dealer, I had gone to a few other dealers who honestly didn't seem that i Karolina was by far the best sales representative. Prior to my visit at this dealer, I had gone to a few other dealers who honestly didn't seem that interested in selling me a car and frankly lacked customer service skills. Karolina was extremely friendly, caring and was willing to do whatever it took to get me to buy the vehicle. I appreciated her honesty and willingness to give me any information I asked for. Went I arrived at this dealership I knew I wanted the Mazda CX-5 Sport model, but wasn't convinced I should buy right away. I didn't feel pressured by Karolina and her ability as a good salesperson to cater to my needs are what made me seal the deal and buy my new Mazda CX-5 from her. I strongly believe in good customer service and I will go back to this specific facility for maintenance because of it. Even though Liberty Mazda is closer to my home, I would prefer to go to Mazda of Manchester. I would also like to mention Lisa Friedrich who was willing to do whatever necessary to get the paperwork signed. There was some confusion about the signing of paperwork and Lisa did not hesitate to solve the problem, more importantly she made me feel like I was an important customer. I am reasonable to believe misunderstandings happen, however it's all in how it's handled. I highly recommend Mazda of Manchester and specifically Karolina and Lisa. More
