She was very professional, but told me a funny story about birds nesting in the A of the Mazda sign over the door, and when they reluctantly took the nest down, the bird just moved to the other A! After a test drive, I told Michele that I was just starting my search and wanted to look at 5 other brands before deciding. She didn't pressure me, which I liked! Long story, short, it took me 6 months to come back and retest-drive the Mazda6. She remembered me, and which model was my preference. She very thoroughly went over the features of the car. I also dealt with Patrick Cosgrove, who was familiar with one of the other brands I was considering, and he pointed out some feature differences that helped me choose the Mazda. I would recommend these people and this dealership highly! More

We picked CX-5 touring b Rich is a very professional friendly man who help me and my wife looking for the right car for us because we have a new baby. We picked CX-5 touring because we just want the car's appearance as well as the 5 star crash rating of it. The space inside the car is just great and rich help us so much explaining all the detail of the CX-5. Rich knows the car very well and he's is just like a walking encyclopedia of Mazda cars. He is very courteous and very polite which make us feel at home when we look for a new car. He help us test drive the car and explain to us the detail and performance as well resale value of the said car. Rich is a great assets to the Mazda dealer because he is just a great friendly sales consultant who knows very well about he's product which is the Mazda cars. I will always recommend Rich Sika to all my friends who will be looking for a car in the future. Of course I will recommend Mazda of Manchester where the great sales consultant Rich work. Great experience with friendly and customer focused people I recently purchased new Mazda and salesperson Rich was going over every detail with me until 9.30pm! I had a great experience with Lisa as well, who smoothly went over all the paperwork. They won’t push you to buy any additional options in the car you are buying. Very customer focused! He answered every question that we had and made the process a very enjoyable one! Having visited other dealerships in the past, we were very pleasantly surprised to have such a customer oriented experience. Everything from the paper work to the test drive was very pleasant! I can say with 100% sincerity that I would recommend Jay to any of my family or friends, and will also be back to visit when the time comes again for another car (although not for a while because we are so happy with our purchase!) DEALERSHIP I should have visited 1st!!!! interesting but overall good experiance So first of to shorten this review a little its going to be in list format, 1. Put a Hold payment on a Mazda 3 GT 2.5. 2. Go back in two day to pick So first of to shorten this review a little its going to be in list format, 1. Put a Hold payment on a Mazda 3 GT 2.5. 2. Go back in two day to pick it up, and they traded with another dealer (car was moved to NJ 5 hours away and another 400 miles on it) they cant get it back for me. 3. The same car was coming to their dealership from Japan in about 10 days (so they say). 4. Fought for more money off the car because I had to wait and my $500 didn't do what it was meant to do (hold a car for me) 5. Finally got a remote start for free because of the trouble of them selling my car. but i had to pay for the installation. 6. they wrote up the paper work and I reviewed it (I bought the car before it was even there to do them a favor and give them a sale before the end of the 1/4) there were some errors in their math, and when i asked what some numbers meant they couldn't give me an answer. 7. After reviewing the price math I found the error and they had to do the paperwork all over again. I signed the paperwork and went home to wait 10 or so days for my new car (I was super excited). 8. 12 days of waiting no call from mazda of manchester, I call them, and they say my car is not in yet they are expecting it any moment now (they say they will call me with updates) 9. 15 days of waiting no call yet, I call again, no car same explanation. 10. I call a couple more times can't remember exactly how many times but the point is that they didn't call me a single time. 11. on the 25th day of waiting my car finally came in (i called again). 12. They did the paperwork all over again because I waited so long. 13. now that the story is out of the way, I must say that the car being late wasnt there fault and them selling the car i put a hold on was a simple mistake, overall they are great people and I would buy a car from them again. they dont try and screw you over they want to help and actually give you a good deal. More

Our main contacts and the dealership were with Bob Hansen and Lisa Friedrich. Both are very professional and knowledgeable while being warm and welcoming. The process of purchasing a vehicle went very smoothly with a minimum of stress. Bob was a good listener and was very attuned to our needs as far as selecting the right vehicle and trim level. Lisa took care of the financial end of the transaction which was quick and painless. The care and attention continued beyond the sale of the car. Bob was very helpful in solving a problem I was having with my navigation system several weeks after the purchase of the car. I was very grateful and the effort on his part is above and beyond the customer service I would expect at most dealerships. We also dealt briefly with Rich Sika who gave us a wonderful explanation of the workings of the Sky Active Technology. More
