I had visited a few dealers while shopping and often, they were very similar in approach and tried the ‘hard sell’ style that is a huge turn off. Tthank you Rich for a positive experience! Everyone that I had contact with from Lisa Friedrich in management to Rachel Urso in sales and This is by far the best dealership I have ever been to. Everyone that I had contact with from Lisa Friedrich in management to Rachel Urso in sales and Mark Smith in finance were all extremely professional and treated you like you were their only customer. Even after purchasing the my Mazda I received emails to congratulate me on my purchase and to offer any help with questions I might have. This is what is known as great service! It was so worth the drive! They offered me the best price around and would definitely buy from them again and recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you so much! Love my Mazda CX 5. More
Friendly, warm and inviting I new right from the start this was going to be a different experience. When I inquired about the 2016 Mazda CX-5 that I saw on line, I didn't get a I new right from the start this was going to be a different experience. When I inquired about the 2016 Mazda CX-5 that I saw on line, I didn't get a bunch of phone calls pressuring me to come in to test drive. I got a friendly email asking me when I would like to come visit and test drive, I made the arrangement and went in and met with Rich and Lisa. They were both warm and inviting. Rich was low pressure and informative. Took us for a test drive and I not only really liked the car, I really like the way I was being treated. He answered all of my questions, followed up with an email once I left, and made himself available for any follow up questions I might have. I never once felt any pressure to make any commitment before I was ready. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone who just wants a great experience and a great vehicle. More

He has always treated us and the folks we have referred to him as family. If you visit Mazda of Manchester know that Ron and the wonderful staff there truly believe in the vehicles that they are sharing with you and just seem to naturally make the whole shopping and purchase process very transparent and relaxed. We have visited other dealerships for many other brands of vehicles and we have visited other Mazda dealerships. The experience can not match what we have seen and come to really appreciate about Mazda of Manchester. We truly feel like we’re working with family when we come to Ron and he is able to help us find the best vehicle for our current situation and needs. And we honestly like going back to the dealership for service to say hello to everyone. They’ve been able to help with everything from flat tires at 7 am on a Monday (got everything patched up and got me back on the road so I still make it to work on time!) to installing AV equipment on our previous Mazda 5 to keep our son happy on long trips. Rich makes the experience of buying a car comfortable and "not scary." I highly recommend Mazda of Manchester. I have bought all my cars there. They have a great team that really works for you and helps you get the best deal available. Mark, the financial manager was very good as well. He makes the "signing your life away" paperwork a breeze and will go back and explain as many times as you like. I love Mazda of Manchester and highly recommend this dealership! Brianna Snyder, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable regarding all facets of the car, including all the latest technology features. She was prompt with all requests, eager to help in any way possible and very professional, yet friendly! She made sure we were aware of all possible discounts we could apply and stayed in communication by phone and text throughout the purchase process which was very reassuring. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone, either for a Mazda or a great used car by another manufacturer. (Ask for Brianna!) More

Great customer service! I recently purchased a pre-owned Mazda 6 from Ron, and he is excellent. A week later I noticed some damage to the vehicle, After I brought it to the attention of Ron and the sales team, they did everything they could to ensure I was happy and were even able to take care of the cost for the repair of the damage! Sub-Prime Customers get Sub-Prime Service If I could give this place zero stars I would. I entered Mazda of Manchester on 2/22 and was greeted by Lisa the sales Manager and Carlie the Sales Re If I could give this place zero stars I would. I entered Mazda of Manchester on 2/22 and was greeted by Lisa the sales Manager and Carlie the Sales Representative. The first thing I did was explain to the sales manager my situation, that I was recently discharged from bankruptcy and needed to know if their finance manager worked with subprime lenders who would be willing to help me out. We sat and talked and I was informed they had one or two banks that could help me out. After speaking with Carlie briefly, I informed her directly that I had a car I could trade in that was quoted at $1500 by other dealerships as well as $500 cash. We agreed that I would come in the next day to work something out. Not only via email, and in person, I informed both the sales manager and the sales rep that my $800 in town car taxes were still due, and I asked if somehow this could be worked into the deal. I was promptly emailed back saying that she spoke to Lisa and that it could be worked into the deal and "taken care of." Well the next day I came in and pressed her briefly on how, and again I was brushed off with "i told my manager and they said it can be taken care of". So today, I get a call telling me that they were able to come to terms with a bank and I would need an additional $500 to get the deal through. So, after work I promptly went over. Not only was I never greeted by Carlie, whom didn't take a moment to step away from her current client and let me know she busy, but I was greeted with a finance manager who seemed surly at best. When I came in, the finance manager instantly told me to give my keys to a rep named Dave and he would quote the car. I said, okay before we do that why don't we discuss what the bank is willing to do, and what the numbers are. I was told "there is nothing to discuss, we discussed it on the phone". Then after being told this and asked to sit down, I stared at a wall for 25 minutes without anyone coming up to me or updating me as to what was going on except one gentleman who was on his way out of work. Once I was brought into the finance managers office, I was told not only do I NEED to pay an additional $300, that he could not budge at all on the price to make up the difference and sell the car, and also he informed me he still didn't quite get the deal through because they didn't give enough room in the monthly payment for GAP insurance. When I explained to him that I can get GAP insurance through my insurance provider, he pushed back instantly and said I needed it through my loan, which is totally untrue. Lastly, neither the sales rep or the sales manager ever told the finance manager about the $800 in car taxes, and the finance manager said he didn't even think he could get something done now. So, the entire deal fell through. No communication in this place, lots of brushing off, and individuals who seem quite surly when dealing with poor credit individuals. Sorry I don't have outstanding credit like 99% of your clientele, but I did not need to be treated this way. More
