Brandon was low pressure and was willing to discuss any other vehicle comparison (rather than just saying Mazda was best as a company line). Bob and Patrick, with more experience, also came around at times to answer my questions on leasing (which I was seriously considering) and the CX-5 in general. I almost gave up on Mazda but I had my heart set on the car so I decided to give it another chance. Within seconds of meeting Brandon Hansen, I felt an instant connection and was actually relieved! I had finally met someone who could relate to me and wasn't pushy; more than anything he was honest. Brandon was extremely attentive and did everything in his power to give me the best deal he could while making the experience a pleasurable one. This was the first car I was purchasing (on my own!) and he understood my anxiety with it all, which made me feel so comfortable. I don't know much about the mechanics of cars but whenever I have a question, he never makes me feel like an idiot for asking. He's great at his job and makes the waiting period less painful.
