My first new car I was shopping around for my first new car. Visited a few different dealerships, of different makes. Brandon was a huge help in figuring out which car and which features would work the best for what I needed/wanted. Also helped me establish a purchase that worked for what I wanted and did not break the bank. I've had my 2015 Mazda3 for just under a month and am completely satisfied with the car itself and the continuous help I receive from Brandon, making sure I get the most out of my car. More

Knowledgeable, Efficient, and Friendly We drove up to Manchester to look at a Mazda3 because we hadn't been satisfied with our experience at another dealership. Everyone we dealt with there was very professional and friendly (Lisa was also great and guided us through all the paperwork expeditiously). We also had the chance to chat with another customer who had bought a car there previously and was in for her free car wash. She had nothing but great things to say about both the dealership and the car. I should also add, I LOVE this car! More

Loving my Mazda 6! I seen the car I was interested in online, a 2009 Mazda6, and called to set up an appointment, Rich had the car ready for me when I arrived there, and I seen the car I was interested in online, a 2009 Mazda6, and called to set up an appointment, Rich had the car ready for me when I arrived there, and after a brief discussion we were ready for the test drive. I knew after the drive this was the car that I wanted to buy and both Rich and Susan made me feel comfortable the whole time that i'd be able to purchase the car. They were both very friendly and personable and Susan even continued to drive the APR down with the banks even after I was already approved for a loan, to try and get me a better deal. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More

He showed me all the features, we went for a drive and I knew it was the car I wanted. The next day, I purchased the car. When I picked it up, Rich spent a lot of time with me, showing me where everything was in the car and generally making the experience very pleasant. I would highly recommend this dealership and Rich Sika. It should always be this easy to buy a car! Everyone I met at Mazda of Manchester was extremely friendly and very accommodating. Happy New Car Owner! I went to Mazda of Manchester a few weeks ago because they had a Mazda CX-5 online with the options I was looking for. I called before I arrived & Ric I went to Mazda of Manchester a few weeks ago because they had a Mazda CX-5 online with the options I was looking for. I called before I arrived & Rich had the car outside ready for a test drive. He very thoroughly explained all of the features to me. I worked with Rich & Jim to figure out the financing, and the response time was incredible. I felt comfortable and welcome at the dealership. I called several times with questions and always received a quick response to my questions. When I took delivery I was introduced to the service department, and was pleased with what they have to offer.
