Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was super friendly and helpful. They were very upfront and transparent with the price and costs (unlike every other dealer I've been to). We first talked to Michael online and told him when we would be stopping by. They had the car ready for us up fromt to check out and test drive. Nate was the sales representative we dealt with moslty and he was very knowledgeable which was great because I've had experiences test driving cars and knowing more about them than the sales reps did, so I was very pleased. Jim helped break down the finances for us and showed us different scenarios and Mazda rebates. We ended up getting a great deal and awesome trade in for our car. Finance took a little longer than expected because of some miscommunication about insurance and registration, but it was all resolved the same day and we were able to drive away as anticipated with our new CX5. I couldn't have asked for a better dealer experience and we will definitely be lifelong customers. More

I decided in Mazda of Manchester and couldn't be happier. Nate came out to greet me and made me feel comfortable right away. He explained the differences between the models and answered my questions. I also worked with Lisa who was great! She made the financing portion pain-free and made me laugh often. Nate showed me all the workings of the car which was very helpful. Overall it was a great experience. It was the first time I ever bought a car without someone tagging along with me to give me support. But It was fine -- everyone made me feel very comfortable! Truly recommend! More

They treated her with all the respect that would have been afforded to a new car buyer, and made it a wonderful experience for her. Most impressive was the after-sale care - a phone call every few months to make sure she was still happy, satisfied and that her Tribute - named KATNISS - was working out for her. To be honest, a Mazda wasn't even on my short list when I needed a new car - don't know why now, it just wasn't, but remembering Beth's experience, I thought I check out what Mazda had to offer in a small SUV. After thoroughly researching the CX-5, I determined that it offered the most for my money, especially in the non-CVT transmission segment, which I was trying to avoid. Also, after driving a Dodge Durango for 20 years, this old Mom was looking for some fun. Rich Sika, Mark Smith and Lisa Friedrich all offered not only the most professional advice and service, but they seemed happy to do so. I almost felt that I made three new friends. I especially appreciated Rich's patience in answering all of my questions and showing me how all the neat new bells & whistles worked on my CX-5. I would highly recommend Mazda and particularly Mazda of Manchester to anyone interested in a new or used car. More

Then, we were notified of our 1st service, No apprehension or dread here--we looked forward to seeing everyone and keeping our CX-5 up to date on it's service visits. It may sound corny in these days, but a kept car keeps you running. And it does help to deal with friendly and helpful people. I see a long and fun friendship with MOM (even their initials stand for someone special). Hey MOM, see you at the next car wash/ service date! More

No pressure, no pushiness, and very knowledgeable. Laid back, easy-going, and yet very helpful with questions about the car we were interested in. After being in the hospital for 11 days, all I wanted to do was just pick up the car and move on. I showed up the dealership the day after I was out of the hospital and Nate Sommers was ready for me, with the car all ready go (cleaned, paperwork ready, etc). I was able to sign a few papers and then Nate took me through all that the car had to offer. Nate's explanation of the car wasn't mechanical, and in fact felt like a regular conversation about what the car had to offer. I was driving away in my new 2016 CX-5 in under 45 min. Great experience! More

After increasing geographic range of my search I was able to find couple dealerships out of NY State with a good customer rating. Again, I don’t take with a grain of salt every review or word written online, but reviews on Mazda of Manchester in Connecticut appeared like written by real people describing their positive experience. I just decided to take my chances, surprisingly, I was able to locate a car I was looking for listed on their website, and more amazingly Mazda of Manchester had it on a lot. It may sound obvious, but not to New Yorker dealing with bait and switch tricks. After my initial inquiry I was promptly contacted by Michelle Dougela. My price negotiation was via email(s). I would like to emphasize that every single reply was clearly and sufficiently written in very professional manner. When my wife and I got to the dealership and had been greeted by one of the most amazing sales person I met in 7 years Brandon Hansen, in a second I knew we are in good hands. After that, everything was smooth as silk. The finance department is very lovely the numbers on a contract matched to the penny, every single detail was explained, and every question was answered, no tricks, no arrogance just help and cooperation. Very well maintained facility in general, which makes most NY Mazda dealerships look like, well, not pretty. We were heading back to NYC just enjoying our new Mazda 3 and greatest purchasing car experience. One more detail for out-of-state purchasers; Mazda of Manchester staff is very knowledgeable and responsible. There should be no worries with a taxes and registration and insurance and even obtaining new license plates for your home state, these guys just amazing. More
