I had not bought a new vehicle in 14 years and I was a little skeptical, I was thinking this is going to be like going to the dentist, but instead it was painless. I also dealt with Brandon Hansen the sales manager and he was up front right the beginning. There is a no pressure approach in this dealership. The day I picked up CX 5. Lorraine went over every component of the vehicle, the SD chip for the navigation unit was missing and she was very apologetic, her and Brandon address the issue right on the spot and with in 10 minutes, vola the navigation unit was operational. I was introduced to the service manager and he was very informative. I did plenty of research and also drove a 2015 GMC Terrain SLE-2 and came back to Madza of Manchester. I also had the pleasure dealing with finance manager Mark Smith and he was very organized and the paperwork was less than a 20 minute process. All and all great dealership and great Mazda team!! He answered all my questions (both embarrassingly inane and decidedly detailed, going so far as to take me to the service department to get one particularly unusual question answered), and took me for multiple test drives in rather similar cars. He gave me plenty of time to be confident I was making the right decision, never trying to apply any pressure to buy before I was ready. Lisa and Mark were quite easy to work with on the financing, and Lisa made things as easy as possible with all the reams of paperwork buying/financing a car entails. She was also admirably patient sitting and waiting for me to read every line of the various agreements. I can also now say that the service department is easy to work with as I managed to drive over a screw after less than a week. While removing a screw and patching a tire isn't the most challenging situation the service department did make it a straightforward and painless experience. More
