Lorraine and I started talking prices (I already knew what I wanted) and in less then an half hour we found one that worked for both of us. Lorraine kept in touch with me by email the whole time, letting me know I was approved, they found the car I wanted and then when it came in. When I picked up my car Lorraine sat with me for an hour showing me all the features. I think she was almost more excited than me!!!!! More

With the price and options, I am very pleased with my first time car buying experience with them. The only issue I had was that the model and package option, that I had chosen did not come in a standard, stick shift option. What an Awesome, Relaxing and Fun Experience Rich was just amazing. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly and informative in a very casual way. I immediately relaxed. After some questions and answers about the CX-5 we returned several days later for a test drive. Rich handed me the keys and off we went. My husband and I had a great time learning about the vehicle and even some laughs. Upon returning it was decided that the CX-5 was the car I wanted. At no time was there pressure from Rich nor did he ever make me feel rushed or as if he was watching the door for the next perspective sale to walk thru. It was a very comfortable experience that made me feel as if Rich really cares. A feeling I didn't get from any other dealer. Thank you very much Rich. I'll be stopping by to say "Hay". More

Overcharged I had to schedule service appointment today I was told a few days ago it would be $48 an hour.I have a 2016 CX5. The service I had done on my vehicle today was front and rear splash guards door sill plates and a rear bumper guard I was informed it would take two hours and $48 an hour for a total of $96 plus tax Grand total was $112.31 vehicle was in the shop from 11:44 AM to 12:47 PM I should've been charged $48 plus tax if Mazda of Manchester continues this practice from the service department I will take my Mazda and have it serviced somewhere else that's just a rip off. So I was charged $112.31 for an hour and three minutes worth of work if they want to keep my business and they should compensate me for those three minutes it's the principle not the money More
